Apocalypse Then and Now: Reading the Book of Revelation

The Book of Revelation can be mystifying, even misleading. Revelation contains a message for us, but we must work to get hold of it. To do so, we have to know a little about the social background and about the author’s style of writing.

This short course focussed on the main issues of the book to avoid becoming bogged down and bewildered by each detail. Texts for each session, questions for further reflection on the texts and for practical application, and audio recordings are included here, as well as the slides used for the presentations in each sesion. It is hoped that these may help to foster and deepen personal exploration and appreciation of this final book of the Bible.
