Online Retreat for Universities

Are you looking for a chance to stop and notice the world around you? Perhaps you'd like to spend more time in prayer, but aren't sure where to start? Would you like to feel more grounded, listened to? Are you looking for some direction? Then this retreat is for you.
This is an opportunity to find help with prayer, to learn more about discernment (where to find the light in your life, find direction) and good decision making, and to grow in relationship with God. There is a group dimension with opening and closing meetings and optional workshops. There is also an individual journey that each person makes, praying for half an hour each day, and a daily meeting with a prayer guide. All of the meetings will be on zoom.
The retreat is designed to be in daily life and to work alongside your normal work/study commitments. This would be a perfect opportunity to pray more in Lent. It is open to any student, chaplain, member of staff at a university or friend of chaplaincy.
Programme (Group and individual meetings will take place on zoom)
There is no prescribed cost for this retreat. Donations are welcome. £10 students/£30 waged.
If you would like to take part in this retreat please email Stephen Hoyland as soon as you are able (so he knows how many prayer guides he will need) [email protected]. He will then send you a Zoom link to the opening meeting on 7th March.
