In this time of uncertainty for so many, a spiritual guide can help you find a new path. Would you like to make more time to pray, but aren't sure where to start? Do you want to spend more time with God and reflect on your life's path? Perhaps you would like some time out from a busy, full life for some quieter time? Or have you wondered about going on retreat but not got round to it because life gets in the way? Then our beginner's online retreat is for you.

The retreat begins on Sunday 16th August 6-7.30pm with an introductory meeting on Zoom for all the participants and guides. Prior to this meeting, we will match you up with a retreat guide who will contact you to arrange your individual meeting times for Monday to Friday at a time that will work for you. The retreat will end with a closing gathering for all participants on Friday 21st August 6-7pm. During the week there will be prayer workshops that you are welcome to attend 7-8pm Monday to Thursday. We have lots of digital resources to help you to pray at home. You can do the retreat alongside your daily life, but making some time for prayer each day.

A previous online retreat participant wrote:

By the end of the week I really did feel rejuvenated and clearer on plans for the next phase of my life. I highly recommend taking some time to reflect, pray and disconnect from some of the daily distractions we all face.
